Membership Information
Instructor Registration
Interested in becoming a member? Applications to become an IMPACTO instructor open every Fall and Spring semester during Add/Drop week. Applications are followed by a short interview to dictate interest.
Class times will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 8 pm in the New Physics Building.

Membership Retainment and Point System
Members must obtain at least 18 points by the end of the semester to remain active.
Points can be obtained in the following ways:
Teach at least 2x a month (2pts each)
Attend GBMs (1pt each)
Attend socials / professional development events (1 pt each)
Points can also be deducted:
Unexcused absence (-1 pt)
No-show teaching (-2 pts)
Excused absence (+0 pts)
Instructors may fill out absence forms ahead of time for our events if there are conflicting events that prevent you from attending.

NOTE
Please make sure to commit to your responsibilities over the next semester, as this is ongoing community service. It will be difficult to make changes if you cannot meet the time requirements. As an instructor, you are responsible for making sure you teach to the best of your ability.
